Temp payroll / AP/ AR admin - 2 Months

Job purpose Temp needed to assist in finance whilst we restructure. We require the applicant to have hands on payroll experience together with general AP and AR experience. Required for 2 months. *Immediate start*Key Responsibilities Payroll Duties· Manually calculating hours and overtime from weekly timesheets.· Inputting calculations from timesheet into Micropay.· Running reports from Sage and cross checking against timesheets.· Generating payroll bank file, sending out pay slips and maintaining holiday records.· Processing of staff expenses on a weekly basis.Other Finance Duties· Raising Purchase Orders· Assisting purchase invoice processing · Sales invoicing· Knowledge of RCT would be useful· General office duties and administration where required.Person Specification •The successful candidate will have held a position for a minimum of two years in a busy finance department. Experience/knowledge in Telecoms or Construction sectors would be useful. Skillset Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly Excel. Experience with Sage Accounts and Micropay would be of benefit.
