Product Owner

We are looking for a driven and innovative Product Owner to help support the continuous improvement of our customer experience through a number of digital projects. The role will own the product roadmap for our eCommerce platform and development initiatives, from initial concept to release. Representing the eye of the customer, including CX and UX as the brand seeks to establish a new brand identity in the market.Representing the voice of the customer, you will be responsible for the scoping, analysis, and implementation of the multichannel initiatives across all customer touch points, with focus on improving customer experience, enhancing brand engagement and driving conversion.You will work closely with the Marketing, Buying and Technology teams and multiple SMEs to deliver initiatives with high business and commercial impact. Bridging the commercial/technical interface, your role will be to act as an accelerator to enable projects to be delivered in an expedient manner to match the business growth plans whilst ensuring stakeholder needs are fully met.What you'll be responsible for: Own the digital product roadmap – develop the digital product strategy, define priorities and manage scope and deliveryGather requirements from stakeholders across the businessManage scope and prioritise backlogDefine solutions and present mock-ups and prototypes to refine theseWork closely with all teams to ensure delivery of highest business value itemsWork with the engineering teams to break items into user storiesEnsure that features delivered fit customer and user requirements and are adoptedYour skills: A Digital and eCommerce background with good knowledge of omni-channel marketing and B2C CRMProduct ownership experience with track record of delivering successful digital productsA data driven approach with a background of leveraging online behaviour data and transactional data for digital marketing communicationsProven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to define and communicate the digital vision, development roadmap and prioritiesExperience and knowledge of B2C communication for Retail, Loyalty, eCommerce, Social and MobileKnowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly scrum and have experience dealing with management software such as Jira or ConfluenceExcellent organisational, presentation and communication skills, managing and influencing internal and external stakeholders at all levels with confidenceExperience in writing clear user stories and test acceptance scenariosTechnical and business documentation skillsAbility to liaise with technical and non-technical teams to manage and communicate issuesCandidates must be commercially focused, with strong experience in eCommerce, particularly in defining user journeys, UX and UIPrior experience using product management solutions such as Aha! desiredTreats: 25 days of holidaysBirthday offFree snacks throughout the dayStaff discountYou can get to work with DOGS (and can bring your own)!... and much more!If this sounds like the next step in your career that you’ve been waiting for, apply now!We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
